Simply the best sports massage I have ever had, and i’ve had a few!
Harriet has worked wonders, keeping me running by stopping injuries before they become serious and helping me improve running form and flexibility.
Keeps me going when my legs work, sorts them out when they don’t…highly recommended!
Harriet has treated me for many years and has always sourced my injuries, niggles and pain. She hurts a bit, but in a good way. Harriet knows her stuff and I have a lot of confidence in her.
She was recommended to me and I can see why. Try her services, you won’t be disappointed.
Harriet has been working on my lower back to enable me to keep active, no longer allowed to run due to lower back problems. I am still very able to exercise in other ways due to Harriet’s help.
I cannot recommend Harriet highly enough.
Not only will Harriet’s magical hands leave you feeling restored and brand new (for me personally, my legs), you can also have a good friendly chat about anything and everything….. an often overlooked part in building a good rapport with a massage therapist.
I’ve been going to see Harriet for over a year now and will continue to do so for years to come.
I have been visiting Morgan Sports Therapy to help with my preparations for the Comrades Ultra marathon in South Africa. We had a long chat about my requirements followed by a very strong deep massage on my legs which is exactly what I want. Very knowledgeable about sports nutrition and we have long chats about this. Thoroughly recommended.
Harriet has been working with me for about 4 years now and has proved to be invaluable. I started working with Harriet after I took up triathlon. I had been a cyclist for years but my body was not ready for the demands I was now putting it under. The results were obvious injury after injury.
Harriet’s work focused on my legs and with her help I have managed to stay on top of injuries and increase my flexibility.
Just over a year into my training I was hit by a car whist out training and ended up with a damaged rotator cuff. I thought that it was going to be my season over but thanks to her help I was able to get back in the pool less than 3 weeks later, and was racing again soon after that.
On of the best things about Harriet is that she has always been available when I needed her help. She has also somehow managed to put up with me!
Thanks for all your help Harriet and see you next Monday.
I initially went to Harriet at Morgan Sports Therapy as she came highly recommended to do pregnancy massage. My first session was a bit of a surprise as I had only ever had beauty massages. Harriet not only massaged my aches and pains but was able to find the root of the problem and focus on different pressure points…some painful! After having the baby I was impressed enough to continue seeing Harriet so that she could focus on a long term back pain (pre-pregnancy) that I had written off as an age thing and something that you just live with. How wrong!! Harriet has managed to get rid of the back pain that I had for years. Now my husband and a friend visit Harriet on a regular basis to help them with sports related issues. Super impressed and did I mention what a sound person she is!
One massage made such a difference. Adage (ballet) has improved so much! I feel so much more loose and mobile. Wow! I’m cockahoop! Thank you!
Harriet has been able to keep me on my bike when GP’s have misdiagnosed various injuries and strains I have picked up. Her knowledge, skills and treatment are second to none. She is clearly the best Sports Massage Therapist I have been to. Early, correct diagnosis and treatment is key to being able to keep training and competing.
