Self-care mini videos
My goal has always been to work WITH rather than against the body.
This principle has flowed through from my therapies, allowing the development of these short videos for self-care through stretching and soft tissue release.

Yoga on demand
Wanting to share my knowledge of working with injuries for better movement and alignment I undertook;
- 200 hour yoga teacher training (YTTC) with Sadhana Yoga School
- 300 hour Arogya Yoga therapy course and 50 hour Yin yoga teaching training with Sampoorna Yoga
These PAID yoga classes focus on movement with alignment:
